Shipping & Returns Policies

Once a paid order confirmation has been received, I will begin making the wreath or custom piece ordered.

• Please expect a turn around time of two weeks.
• For custom wreaths, I will email you a picture of the wreath for approval prior to shipping.

Shipping:

Wreaths and custom pieces will be shipped via UPS and tracking number will be provided to the email listed on the order. Exact shipping times my vary depending on destination. 

If you have placed an order but would like to make a change to the order please kindly email within 24 hours. 

Custom Made and Personalized Items: Due to the nature of each item being custom made just for you; wreaths, garlands and wooden signs are non refundable and not returnable. 

Non custom made wreaths and garlands are returnable within 7 days of receipt if unsatisfied with product.

Please email me at southernpeachcreationsllc@gmail.com and prepare to ship item back within 30 days of original delivery date. A refund will be issued minus the shipping charge.

If for any reason the product is damaged upon receipt, please email with picture of damaged product for full refund or reissuing of new product. This must be done within 48 hours of receiving original product. 

Once an item has been shipped and any issues noted please contact UPS with tracking number provided to file a claim by going to UPS.com/fileaclaim.
